सॉफ्ट स्किल्स के माने है,  व्यावहारिक कौशल या व्यवहार कुशलता जो गैर-तकनीकी कौशल है, जो आपके काम करने के तरीके से संबंधित हैं। इनमें शामिल हैं कि आप सहकर्मियों के साथ कैसे बातचीत करते हैं, आप समस्याओं का समाधान कैसे करते हैं, और आप अपने काम का प्रबंधन या मैनेजमेंट कैसे करते हैं।

सॉफ्ट स्किल्स लोगों के कौशल, सामाजिक कौशल, संचार कौशल, चरित्र या व्यक्तित्व लक्षण, दृष्टिकोण, करियर विशेषताएं, सामाजिक बुद्धिमत्ता और भावनात्मक बुद्धिमत्ता का एक संयोजन है जो कर्मचारियों को अपने वातावरण मे मार्गनिर्देशन करना, दूसरों के साथ अच्छा काम करने और अच्छा प्रदर्शन करने में सक्षम बनाता है।

बदलते शैक्षिक रुझानों के साथ, शैक्षिक पाठ्यक्रमों में बहुमुखी प्रतिभा, योग्य कर्मियों की उपलब्धता, नौकरी अधिग्रहण और नौकरी की स्थिरता के लिए प्रतिस्पर्धा और अधिक कठिन होती जा रही है। इस प्रतिस्पर्धी दुनिया में बाहर खड़े होने के लिए, एक छात्र को कई कौशल और क्षमताओं को विकसित करने की आवश्यकता होती है  
ये कौशल न केवल स्कूलों और कॉलेजों में, बल्कि एक आकर्षक प्रोफेशनल या बिज़नेस करियर बनाने में भी सहायक होंगे।

एक शक्तिशाली व्यक्तित्व को विकसित करने में सॉफ्ट स्किल्स काफी  मदद करते हैं। यह हर व्यक्ति के लक्ष्यों तक पहुंचने के लिए  दैनिक गतिविधियों में आगे बढ़ने में मदद करता है। ये कौशल क्या हैं? आइए इन सॉफ्ट स्किल्स को सूचीबद्ध करें और समझाएं कि वे छात्रों के लिए इतने महत्वपूर्ण क्यों हैं ।

1. संचार कौशल (Communication Skills): संचार कौशल एक मुख्य कौशल है । हम में से कई लोग हर दिन लोगों के साथ संवाद करते हैं, चाहे वह व्यक्तिगत रूप से हो या हमारे लिए उपलब्ध अनगिनत डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म पर। प्रभावी संचार के लिए आवश्यक है कि हम जो व्यक्त करने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं उसमें हमें स्पष्ट और पूर्ण होना चाहिए। संचार कौशल व्यक्तियों को दूसरों को समझने और स्वयं को समझने में सक्षम बनाता है। इन कौशलों के संदर्भ में कई तरह के पहलू महत्वपूर्ण हैं, जैसे सुनना, बोलना, अवलोकन करना और सहानुभूति शामिल है । प्रभावी संचार विचारों, ज्ञान और डेटा के आदान-प्रदान की प्रक्रिया है ताकि संदेश स्पष्टता और उद्देश्य के साथ प्राप्त और समझा जा सके। जब हम प्रभावी ढंग से संवाद करते हैं, तो प्रेषक और प्राप्तकर्ता दोनों संतुष्ट महसूस करते हैं। व्यवसाय  में कब और कैसे संवाद करना सीखना एक महत्वपूर्ण सॉफ्ट स्किल है।  हालांकि, कार्यस्थल में संचार बहुत अलग है। युवाओं को पर्यवेक्षकों, सहकर्मियों और ग्राहकों और/या ग्राहकों के साथ संवाद करना सीखना चाहिए। इसके अलावा, सुनना प्रभावी ढंग से संवाद करने का एक बड़ा घटक है।

2. सुनने का कौशल (Listening  Skills ): सुनना सभी प्रभावी संचार  (कम्युनिकेशन) की कुंजी (Key) है। प्रभावी ढंग से सुनने की क्षमता के बिना, संदेशों को आसानी से गलत समझा जाता है। नतीजतन, संचार टूट जाता है और संदेश भेजने वाला आसानी से निराश या चिढ़ सकता है।  निश्चित रूप से, एक अच्छा श्रोता (Good  Listener ) समाज में सर्वोच्च सम्मान प्राप्त करता है। सुनना इतना महत्वपूर्ण है कि कई  नियोक्ता (Recruiter ) अपने कर्मचारियों के लिए श्रवण कौशल प्रशिक्षण (Listening Skills Training ) प्रदान करते हैं। यह आश्चर्य की बात नहीं है जब आप मानते हैं कि अच्छे सुनने के कौशल से बेहतर ग्राहक संतुष्टि (Customer Satisfaction ) हो सकती है, कम गलतियों के साथ अधिक उत्पादकता हो सकती है, और सूचनाओं के आदान-प्रदान में वृद्धि हो सकती है, जिससे बदले में अधिक रचनात्मक और नवीन कार्य हो सकते हैं।अच्छी तरह से सुनने और स्पष्ट रूप से संवाद करने का तरीका जानने से आपको नौकरी के लिए इंटरव्यू, बिजनेस मीटिंग और अपने निजी जीवन में भी खुद को अभिव्यक्त करने में मदद मिलेगी।

3. सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण (Positive Attitude): ज्यादातर लोगों में मुख्य रूप से काम और लोगों के प्रति उनका रवैया काफी नकारात्मक होता है। जब दुनिया कई नकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण  (Negative Attitude)  से भरी होती है, तो सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण (Positive Attitude) से लोगों का दिल जीतना होता है।  छात्रों को सभी के साथ अपना दोस्ताना माहौल बनाए रखने के लिए इस कौशल को विकसित करना होगा जिससे आपकी समग्र प्रभावशीलता में वृद्धि होगी।

4. नेतृत्व कौशल : (Leadership  Skills ): क्या होगा अगर नेतृत्व कौशल कम उम्र से सिखाया जाता है ? और अगर यह  नेतृत्व कौशल (Leadership  Skills ) स्कूली जीवन का एक अनिवार्य हिस्सा होता है? कोई व्यक्ति जो सोचने में तेज है और सही निर्णय ले सकता है, अन्य लोगों का समन्वय (Coordination)कर सकता है और किसी घटना या स्थिति को सुचारू रूप से चलाने के लिए एक नेता के रूप में नेतृत्व कर सकता है। नेतृत्व कौशल एक महत्वपूर्ण सॉफ्ट स्किल है, जिसका उपयोग छात्र अपने करियर में आगे कर सकता है।

5.पारस्परिक कौशल (Interpersonal Skills): वे कौशल जो आपको अन्य लोगों की बुद्धि और व्यवहार को समझने में मदद करते हैं जिनके साथ आप काम करते हैं, पारस्परिक कौशल कहलाते हैं। यह कौशल व्यक्तियों और समूहों के साथ प्रभावी ढंग से संवाद करने, बातचीत करने और काम करने के लिए आवश्यक कौशल हैं। एक बार जब आप खुद को समझ जाएंगे, तो आप यह देखना शुरू कर देंगे कि दूसरे लोग कैसे काम करते हैं। जब समूहों में काम करने की बात आती है तो ये कौशल सहायक होते हैं। आपको पता चल जाएगा कि समूह की गतिशीलता कैसे काम करती है और प्रत्येक व्यक्ति एक निश्चित विषय पर कैसे प्रतिक्रिया देगा, इसलिए आपके लिए विचारों को एक निश्चित तरीके से रखना आसान हो जाएगा । ये कौशल सफलता के लिए महत्वपूर्ण हैं।
   
6. निर्णय लेना (Decision Making ): अक्सर लोग कहते हैं कि उन्हें निर्णय लेने में कठिनाई होती है। दुर्भाग्य से     विभिन्न कार्यों के लिए हम सभी को हर समय, हर दिन निर्णय लेने पड़ते हैं, और लगातार अच्छे निर्णय लेने से ही आपके करियर को मदद मिल सकती है। छात्रों को सीखना होगा कि दिए गए समय के भीतर कैसे निर्णय लेना है।  और निर्णय लेने की कला अवगत होने से उन्हें दूसरे लोगों पर निर्भर नहीं रहना पड़ेगा। कौन सी स्ट्रीम चुननी है, कौन सा ऐच्छिक विषय  चुनना है और कौन सी सह-पाठ्यचर्या गतिविधियों के लिए जाना है, यह तय करके, वे सीखते हैं कि उनके लिए सबसे अच्छा क्या है। इसके अलावा, जिन लोगों को हम दोस्त के रूप में चुनते हैं और उन समूहों के साथ हम मिलते हैं, वे भी हमारे व्यक्तित्व को विकसित करने में हमारी मदद करते हैं।  निर्णय लेना सबसे महत्वपूर्ण कौशलों में से एक है।

7. सामूहिक कार्य  (Teamwork ):   टीम वर्क, सामूहिक कार्य, एक ऐसा कौशल है जिसे आप नियमित अभ्यास से विकसित कर सकते हैं। यह एक सामान्य लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने के लिए दूसरों के साथ अच्छी तरह से काम करने की आपकी क्षमता को दर्शाता है। सब को साथ लेकर सामूहिक कार्य करने की एक व्यक्ति की क्षमता सबसे मूल्यवान व्यावसायिक कौशलों में से एक है। टीम वर्क हमें एक समूह के रूप में उत्कृष्ट परिणाम प्राप्त करने में मदद कर सकता है, इसलिए प्रत्येक नियोक्ता अपने सहकर्मियों के साथ सहयोग के लिए एक कर्मचारी की सहकारिता और खुलेपन को अत्यधिक महत्व देता है।

8. रचनात्मक सोच (Critical Thinking ): रचनात्मक सोच नवीन दृष्टिकोणों से स्थितियों पर विचार करने और खुले विचारों वाली मानसिकता विकसित करने की प्रक्रिया है। रचनात्मक सोच एक ऐसा कौशल है जो आपको मूल और अपरंपरागत विचारों के साथ आने में सक्षम बनाता है। रचनात्मक सोच किसी चीज को नए तरीके से सोचने की क्षमता है। रचनात्मक रूप से सोचने का बहुत महत्व है क्योंकि इससे कल्पना का विस्तार होता है।  छात्रों को हर पहलू में अपने दृष्टिकोण में रचनात्मक होने की आवश्यकता है और इससे उन्हें दुनिया को बेहतर तरीके से समझने में मदद मिलती है । रचनात्मक विचारक अक्सर बदलाव लाने, समस्याओं को सुलझाने और नए विचारों को विकसित करने में सबसे आगे होते हैं।

9 .    नेटवर्किंग कौशल (Networking Skills ): करियर के विकास और उन्नति के लिए नेटवर्किंग कौशल बहुत ही आवश्यक है।  नेटवर्किंग अनौपचारिक संबंधों या सूचनाओं के आदान-प्रदान को बनाने और बनाए रखने की प्रक्रिया या अभ्यास है जो प्रोफेशनल या कैरियर के लक्ष्यों का समर्थन करते हैं। दोस्तों, परिवार के सदस्यों और परिचितों के संपर्कों के माध्यम से युवाओं को रोजगार के लक्ष्यों, रुचियों और इच्छाओं के बारे में उन कनेक्शनों को बनाने का कौशल सीखना एक महत्वपूर्ण नेटवर्किंग कौशल है।
 
10. अनुकूलनशीलता कौशल (Adaptability Skills ):  अनुकूलनशीलता का अर्थ है लचीला होने की क्षमता और बदलते  परिस्थितियों या वातावरण के साथ तालमेल बिठाना और सफल होने के लिए बदलने में सक्षम होना। अनुकूलनीय होना लगभग सभी कार्यस्थलों में अत्यधिक मूल्यवान है, क्योंकि प्रत्येक उद्योग और व्यवसाय अप्रत्याशित हो सकते हैं। अनुकूलन क्षमता होने का मतलब है कि आप खुले हैं और नई चीजें सीखने के लिए तैयार हैं, नई चुनौतियों का सामना करते हैं और कार्यस्थल में बदलाव के अनुरूप समायोजन करते हैं।अनुकूलनशीलता एक प्राकृतिक कौशल है। इसे विकसित और महारत हासिल भी किया जा सकता है।

इस प्रकार इन कौशलों का उपयोग बड़ी या छोटी हर दूसरी स्थिति में किया जाना चाहिए।

COVID-19 outbreak has made people stay inside their houses and thus they cannot carry out further business operations. The effects of COVID-19 pandemic have affected global economy.  These significant economic issues are hard to deal with. This disease spread has killed lakhs of people with unlimited numbers rising every day. Old aged are on the risk of getting affected to the most with COVID-19. It is especially for those who have been suffering from cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and hypertension. These people are the maximum sufferers because they cannot support themselves with isolation.

Countries have been asking the World Bank to support them to tackle the Pandemic. It is a big challenge that has been confronting the whole world, showing inadequacies in the global governance structures.

The government of different nations has been struggling to deal with the deadly disease, which has been spread in more than 3.5 million people. Moreover, the announcement of lockdown has put down the global economy. COVID-19 has put tremendous risk to the population lagging in health care. Every new day there are around one lakh new cases of COVID-19 suffering people. And around 140 million in India has lost their jobs. India has to face a new challenge in the coming financial year.

The income of the people has dropped on a big scale. Poor people had faced the maximum impact of unemployment which raised from 6.7% to 26% by the end of April. Thus the financial year 2021 will be facing the negative rate of growth in the economy. This time, India will need rupees 720 lakh crores. This money will only let them overcome the faced circumstances. 

How COVID-19 affected the work area?

A consistent request to the World Bank has been made by the countries to provide excellent support in this pandemic situation. They are asking for help to buy the required medical goods such as masks, respirators, hospital beds, gowns, oxygen cylinders, hand sanitizers, etc. These are essential requirements in the pandemic time. Also, funds are necessary for raising awareness in the public areas and for the development of medical protocols so that hospitals can efficiently manage the cases and prevent intra-hospital infection. This year will face the most significant recession in the history of the world.

The specialists are working for 24 hours, joining hands with the banks and government to start implementing good plans for the goodness of the people. These specialists are working to manage the present activities and even address the challenges as given by the pandemic disease. The industries that affected the most include automobile and building material industries. Around 53% of the businesses got affected in India with one month lockdown system.

How has COVID-19 affected India?

The global governance structure has been affected the most with the confronting time of the Pandemic. In the present year GDP of India will slide to 1.1% because of COVID-19 outbreak. The economic growth in the last year was 5%, and for this year it will come down to 4.1%. This outbreak took lives of 130,000 people, and if lockdown continues then, India has to bear the loss of rupees 21.1 trillion of the nominal GVA. The expected nominal GDP of the next financial year would be around 4.2% as per records, and there will increase in the tax collection system. As per the survey conducted, there is a total of 373 million total workers performing regular and casual tasks. Out of them, self-employed is 52%, and casual workers are 25% and the rest 33% are daily earners.

Now, it needs some extra time to retool India back to its following economic conditions. Also, many crises have been addressed with this. However, in these unpredictable changes, India has still been working efficiently along with its international partners to stop the spread of disease.

There is a need to give a new way to the United Nations and multilateralism. However, currently, retires Akbaruddin also said that the work of the UN would not impede the election of India for the non-permanent seat. The elections for United Nations Security Council were supposed to take place on 17 June, but the Pandemic has stopped the members from several meetings. All of those meetings are postponed until the condition comes in hands.

This department is busy monitoring the global and national social-economic trends and thus taking implications on the national and international levels. The entire world is suffering from the effects very severely, such that the economy went down for each nation. They have been looking for help from other countries. However, none can offer each other currently. They are all busy with their terms.

Referring to the economic conditions, the GDP rate for the current has fallen to 2.5% from 5.5%. The recession has lead to a significant issue and even worsened than in the past years. It resulted in a prolonged depression. All the countries especially developing countries has faced many economic challenges this time. There is a fall in the financial markets and other commodity pricing. It has disturbed the entire international market for trade and transport. There are no foreign exchanges, and thus it has devalued the foreign currencies. Currently, there is a demand for PPE kits and hence export and import for only medical equipment is taking place. However, as per the record of WTO, the developing countries will have an increment in the share in the global market from 46% to 57% by the end of 2030.

The lockdown situation in many nations has to lead to worse effects on the poverty conditions; people who have some disability, indigenous people, and youth.
